Carlos Pereira

Carlos Pereira has a diverse work background, beginning with a Junior Researcher position at Universidad Católica "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" in 2017. Carlos then moved on to a Technical Support Assistant position at the Global Bioenergy Partnership (FAO) in 2019. In 2018, they took on an Intern role at Entidad Binacional Yacyreta. In 2021, they returned to BIX PARAGUAY as a Data Scientist and in 2022, they began working as a Software Developer at Flanks and a Research and Development - Data Scientist Associate at BIX PARAGUAY.

Carlos Pereira has an extensive educational history. Carlos obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica de Asunción in 2014-2018. Carlos then obtained an English (C1) certification from Kaplan International College London. In 2020-2021, they obtained a Master's degree in Big Data and Advanced Analytics from EPSEVG - UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Carlos is currently pursuing a Master of Science - MS in Data Science from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
