Andrew Schaeppi

Andrew Schaeppi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the construction industry. Andrew is currently the Director of Preconstruction at Flannery Construction since June 2023, responsible for leading the preconstruction department. Prior to this, they held the position of Preconstruction Estimating/Project Management at the same company from April 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Flannery Construction, Andrew served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army starting from February 2020. Andrew was an Estimator at Eagle Building Company from May 2019 to April 2021. At Uponor, they worked as an Estimator from September 2018 to May 2019 and as a Design Technician from March 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, Andrew had a brief stint as a Business Owner at William and Floyd Design from March 2015 to March 2016. Andrew'searliest experience in the construction industry was as a Carpenter/Laborer at Kellington Construction from June 2009 to February 2015.

Andrew Schaeppi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Biology, Nursing, and Health Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Andrew completed their education at the university from 2009 to 2015.
