Norman Menz

Norman Menz is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Flare Systems, a company that helps organizations reduce digital risk and fraud through a comprehensive platform. He is also a Board Member and the CTO & Co-Founder at Prevalent Inc., a leader in third-party risk management. Previously, Menz served as the Chief Operating Officer at Delve Labs, an AI-driven analytics company that was later acquired by Secureworks. Prior to that, he was the Director of Business Development at Sterling Consulting and Technical Services. Menz graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
