Tamar Chukrun

Tamar Chukrun, MD MBA, is currently a Flare Scholar at Flare Capital Partners and a resident doctor at Duke University Health System, focusing on dual training in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. Tamar is the founder of the WellNest Housing Support Program and previously served as an MBA Associate for Quality and Growth at Author Health. Experiences include an OLE internship at Optum, co-presidency of the Root Causes Fresh Produce Program, and a clinical research specialist role at Duke University Health System, where research involved analyzing heart rate variability in relation to psychiatric studies.
