Ali Baker

You can think of Ali as a talent scout and a talent adviser extraordinaire. She loves building high-performing teams for companies that not only care about their people, but care about making a difference in the world.

Ali enjoys making great introductions—for candidates to continue career advancement, and for companies to secure the diverse top talent needed for program advancement—all in the spirit of moving closer to achieving their combined mission of helping patients.

Outside of work, Ali founded a horse rescue where she helps rescue, rehabilitate, and responsibly rehome at-risk miniature horses. She is extremely passionate about animal welfare.
