Rajia Abdelaziz

Rajia Abdelaziz is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of invisaWear since June 2016, where the mission focuses on empowering individuals to protect themselves and their loved ones. As CEO of Flare since March 2023, Rajia advocates for women's safety and empowerment through innovative safety solutions. Previous experience includes software engineering internships at Amazon Robotics and Plexxi Inc., where Rajia honed technical skills and collaborated on significant projects. Leadership roles in the Society of Women Engineers and IEEE demonstrate commitment to promoting female representation in engineering. Rajia holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and completed an education at Harvard Business School.
