Gogo Muanza Matadi

Gogo Muanza Matadi is a professional with extensive experience in systems and customer service management, currently serving as the Systems and Efficiency Manager at Flash Group since June 2019. In this role, Gogo focuses on leveraging technology to enhance customer support and streamline operations. Previously, Gogo held various management positions at Zoona, leading digital transformation initiatives and improving customer satisfaction through performance management frameworks and process improvements. Gogo's experience at Shell included roles in continuous improvement and operational excellence, where significant projects were developed to drive efficiency and performance. Gogo's education includes a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and is pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Transformation at Nexford University.
