Kaisen Wang

Kaisen Wang has extensive work experience in product and design roles. Kaisen is currently working as the Director of Product and Design at Flash Coffee. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Digital Experience Design and Head of Product Design at Flash Coffee.

Before joining Flash Coffee, Kaisen was the Head Design Institutional Banking Group at DBS Bank from 2019 to 2022. Kaisen also worked as the Lead Design Manager for Transport and Delivery at Grab from 2016 to 2019.

Kaisen has freelanced as a UX designer and worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at HeathWallace Pte Ltd. Kaisen also held the position of AVP, Experience Design at OCBC Bank and Head of User Experience & Usability at DiGi Telecommunications.

Earlier in their career, Kaisen worked as a Usability Analyst at Skema Connexions Pte Ltd and as a Lead Usability Specialist at MicroUsability.

Kaisen Wang attended Middlesex University from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they studied at Singapore Polytechnic from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia Software Engineering. Kaisen also holds several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master II, Professional Scrum Master 1, Professional Scrum Product Owner 1, and Leading with Intelligent Disobedience.
