Sally Roberts

Sally Roberts is an experienced People Operations and Engagement Specialist currently employed at Flash Pack since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sally dedicated over 16 years to Pentravel as a Human Resources Officer, where Sally collaborated with senior managers to enhance employee life cycles and facilitated the hiring process, averaging 60 new onboardings annually. Sally also led multiple culture and engagement initiatives across three regions. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Norwegian Cruise Line, Comet, and Harvey World Travel, where Sally developed skills in events coordination, customer service, and travel consulting. Sally holds a Travel & Tourism Diploma from IIE Varsity College, completed in 1997.
