Dickson Kunambi

Dickson Kunambi serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Airco Holdings Co. Limited since January 2023, while also holding the position of Hub Manager and Ground Operations - South at Coastal Aviation since April 2019. In this role, Dickson manages all ground operations for the Southern Hub, leads projects such as the OCC Set-Up and Hangar refurbishment, and develops long-term solutions for operational improvements. Previously, Dickson was the Head of Ground Operations - Tanzania at Fastjet Airlines Limited from April 2013 to April 2019, focusing on ground handling negotiations and safety audits. Dickson's early career includes roles as Airport Customer Services Manager at British Airways, Airport Station Manager at South African Airways, and Passenger Handling Assistant at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Dickson holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Air Transport Management from ITAérea Aeronautical Business School and has pursued multiple IATA training programs since 2016.
