Ademar Bandeira

Ademar Bandeira has a diverse and extensive work experience background. Ademar started their career as an Intern/Trainee at Itaú Unibanco in 2005 and later worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager from 2007 to 2010. Ademar then joined Multiplus Fidelidade as a Strategic Planning and M&A Sr. Manager from 2010 to 2012. Ademar went on to work at MadeiraMadeira as a Director from 2012 to 2013 before taking on the role of CFO | Finance & Strategy at Alelo Brasil from 2014 to 2017. Ademar then served as the Finance and Strategy Director at Cielo from 2017 to 2019. Ademar later joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Ademar is the CFO | Finance & Strategy at Flash Benefícios since January 2020 and also holds the position of Advisor at the same company since January 2021.

Ademar Bandeira received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) between 2001 and 2005.
