Griffin Kelly

Griffin Kelly has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Avery Dennison, where they analyzed adhesive and developed GUI for data presentation.

In 2014, Griffin founded Timing and Racing Around the Clock (TRAC), a timing and athlete monitoring company, and served as the Founder & CEO until 2017. During their tenure, they achieved milestones such as hiring and training employees and securing initial funding.

Simultaneously in 2014, Griffin also worked as a Software Engineer at Northwestern University, where they developed MATLAB routines for research on retinal cells.

In 2017, Griffin became an Entrepreneur in Residence at Builders VC, a venture capital firm, where they provided strategic advice and guidance.

From 2016, Griffin founded Flashframe.io, a marketplace for sports photography, and served as the Founder & CEO. Griffin achieved significant growth, with over 1.5 million monthly pageviews and positive cash flow within 12 months.

Moving forward, Griffin joined Caper in 2019 as the Director of Special Projects, then served as the Director of Engineering from 2020 to 2022. Griffin later became the Vice President of Business Operations, responsible for overseeing operational activities.

Most recently, in 2021, Griffin joined Instacart as the Sr Manager of Technical Program Management & Product Management.

Griffin Kelly's education history begins with earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. This degree, which focused on Biomechanics & Rehabilitation, was obtained from 2009 to 2013. Following this, Griffin pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical and Biological Engineering, also at Northwestern University, during the year 2013.
