Priyadarshan Shadangi

Priyadarshan Shadangi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Priyadarshan has held various senior positions throughout their career.

Starting in 2002, Priyadarshan worked as a Sales Executive at NIIT. In 2003, they joined Kanbay Software as a Software Associate and later became an Associate Consultant.

In 2004, Priyadarshan joined IBM Global Services India Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer. Priyadarshan then moved on to GE, where they served as a Senior Programmer before becoming a Systems Analyst. At GE, they were responsible for project maintenance and efficiency improvement, capacity planning, and knowledge management.

In 2010, Priyadarshan joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Project Leader, where they led major projects, supervised testing activities, and provided post-implementation support. Priyadarshan later served as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing project governance, stakeholder management, and budgeting. Priyadarshan also played a key role in digital transformation and agile coaching initiatives.

After leaving Cognizant, Priyadarshan joined HighRadius as an Associate Director - Consulting, followed by a role as Director - BFSI Delivery at Zensar Technologies.

In 2021, Priyadarshan returned to HighRadius as a Director - Consulting and later became a Senior Director - Consulting, leading teams and providing strategic consulting services.

In 2023, Priyadarshan is expected to join Fello as a Senior Director Operations.

Throughout their career, Priyadarshan has demonstrated skills in operations management, consulting, program management, and project delivery. Priyadarshan has a track record of success in driving digital transformation and agile practices.

Priyadarshan Shadangi completed their education in a variety of fields. Priyadarshan earned a PGDM in Marketing & Human Resource Management from T.A. Pai Management Institute, which took place from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, they obtained a BE in Computer Science from Utkal University from 1997 to 2001. Before that, Shadangi completed their CHSE in Science from BJB College, which happened from 1995 to 1997. Priyadarshan'sprimary education was obtained from Stewart School, Bhubaneswar, where they pursued ICSE from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Shadangi obtained several certifications, including the Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer from Google in 2020 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2020.
