Brett Klavon

Brett Klavon's work experience begins with their current role as the Director of Field Technical Support at FLASH, where they oversee the Field Operations Technician team to provide onsite support for clients using the FlashParking platform. Prior to this, they served as the Field Escalation Manager at FLASH, handling escalated issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Before joining FLASH, Brett worked at Amano McGann, Inc. Brett served as the Director of Professional Services, managing staff and evaluating activities to enhance customer satisfaction and project completion. Brett also held the role of Sr. Technical Service Manager, overseeing technical operations.
