Michał Papuga

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Roon supports innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Roon focuses on enhancing the development process in the software landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and other significant positions in blockchain development and advisory. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional credentials including a Fintech course from MIT and a PMP certification.
