Radosław Kwiatkowski

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Correspondent/Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, providing support within the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM). Additionally, Tomasz contributed as a member of the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Other notable positions include membership in the Industry, Synergies & Enablers (ISE) Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and as Coordination Assistant at the European External Action Service. Leadership was demonstrated as President of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations, from October 2013 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes various roles within the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned in 2003.
