Yoma James

Yoma James is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operational management and venture capital investment. As Co-Founder and COO of Vendoir since November 2020, Yoma focuses on measuring operational effectiveness and developing growth strategies. Yoma also serves as a Venture Scout for Flashpoint Venture Capital, scouting early-stage B2B SaaS startups and tech talent in Europe and the US. Additionally, Yoma is an Advisory Board Member of Marketplace Risk, nurturing risk management education for startups, and a Generator Board Member at the University of Greenwich, promoting entrepreneurship among students. As Co-Founder and Director of City Vybez, Yoma innovates the party scene with unique events. Previous roles include Co-Founder of TROPHME LIMITED and Compliance Officer at Lycatel. Yoma holds an MA in International Business and a BA in Small Business Administration/Management from the University of Greenwich, along with a certificate in Venture Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
