Adam Reinhart

Adam Reinhart is a Leadership Development Consultant at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting since March 2024. Previously, Adam served as Sales Director (Mid Market) and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council Member at Numerator from December 2021 to August 2023, where Adam led initiatives to embed inclusion within the company culture and collaborated on recruitment strategies while securing new business from a territory of 35 prospective clients. Prior roles include Client Development Specialist at Numerator, Brand Ambassador at RepVue, Sales Development Representative at Malomo, and Business Development Representative at Braze. Adam also gained extensive experience in hospitality as Assistant General Manager and Entertainment Manager at Club Med, overseeing operations for a luxury resort. Adam holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and International Business from Kelley School of Business Indianapolis.
