Julie Smith

Julie Smith is an experienced professional specializing in client strategy, coaching, and talent development. Currently, Julie serves as the Director of Client Strategy and Coaching at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting, while also functioning as a Coaching Fellow at BetterUp since August 2017, providing coaching to leaders across various levels.
