Waleed Moneer Saleh, PhD, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at FlashPoint Technology since December 2023. Previously, Waleed held key roles at VSE Corporation as Business Development Manager and Deputy Training Manager from July 2011 to April 2024, overseeing training across multiple schools and evaluating requirements for the Egyptian Navy. Waleed also worked as a lead instructor at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2009 to July 2011, managing technical skills training and professional development. During a distinguished career with the Egyptian Navy from July 1990 to July 2009, Waleed was the Chief of the Sonar Department, responsible for the maintenance and design of sonar and remotely operated vehicle systems. Waleed's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety Management from Alexandria University and a Master of Science in Safety Management from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Communication Engineering from the Military Technical College, Cairo.
