Andrea Allamby

Director Customer Success APAC at Flashpoint

Andrea Allamby has over 25 years of work experience, beginning in 1997. Andrea started their career at Hewlett-Packard as an Enterprise Case Manager and later became a Revenue Processing Administrator. Andrea then took on the role of Bench Repair Administrator before transitioning into the position of Case Management Specialist/Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for updating and maintaining the Case Management internal website, resolving customer satisfaction issues, and training new staff. Andrea also worked as an Alliance/Vendor Manager, ensuring contractual compliance and providing training to vendors on new processes. Andrea then became an Internal Project Manager/Business Analyst at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing transformation projects and conducting training on new tools. In 2018, Andrea joined RSA Security as a Senior Service Account Manager APJ/Fraud and Risk Intelligence, where they served as the main point of contact for customers and facilitated issue resolution, root cause analysis, and product roadmap updates. In 2021, they joined Secureworks as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on building and nurturing customer relationships, driving adoption and usage of Secureworks products, and providing customer education. Most recently, Andrea has taken on the role of Director Customer Success APAC at Flashpoint, where they continue to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Andrea Allamby's education history includes attending Deakin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to that, they attended Lilydale High School.
