Marie Leone

Marie Leone has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marie currently holds the position of CSM Team Lead at Flatchr - On recrute ⚡ since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from June 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Flatchr, Marie worked at StaffMe Academy as a Formatrice, where they conducted different training modules on business development for students and entrepreneurs. Marie covered topics such as prospecting, cold calling, sales meetings, objections handling, negotiation, closing, and sales arguments. Marie also shared theoretical knowledge on persona construction, MEDDIC, LinkedIn use, CAB, storytelling, BANT, 4C, AIDA, SPIN Selling, and CRAC. Furthermore, they focused on practical skills like active listening, argumentation, and client projection. Marie was associated with StaffMe Academy from May 2021 onwards.

Preceding their role at StaffMe Academy, they worked as a Responsable Projet Développement Commercial at CVDesignR from February 2021 to April 2022. Marie'sresponsibilities included developing educational resources and tools for students to assist them in their search for internships, apprenticeships, and first jobs. Marie targeted educational and higher education professionals, as well as organizations supporting youth job insertion.

Marie gained experience at Diplomeo as a Business Developer & Customer Success from January 2020 to February 2021, and as a Business Developer from March 2019 to December 2019. Marie'srole involved customer success management, business development, and client relationship management.

Marie also worked as a Chargé de Recrutement at ALTEN from August 2018 to February 2019, where they were responsible for recruitment and career development.

Prior to ALTEN, Marie held two positions at Sorbonne Junior Conseil. Marie served as the Présidente from June 2017 to June 2018, managing and professionalizing a team of twenty individuals and ensuring the satisfaction of clients. Marie spearheaded strategic planning, objectives setting, and innovative actions within the legal framework of Junior Enterprises. Additionally, they acted as the Responsable Pôle Suivi d'Etude from January 2017 to June 2017, overseeing commercial studies and participating in the organization's overall strategy.

Marie started their career as an Enseignant at Le Bon Binôme, where they provided academic support to middle and high school students in subjects like mathematics, physics-chemistry, French, English, history-geography, and life sciences. Marie remained in this role from September 2016 to June 2018.

In their previous positions, Marie gained experience in the banking sector as an Auxiliaire de banque at Barclays (August 2016) and Auxiliaire Banque-Agence Internationale at Champs Élysées and Saint Germain (August 2015). Marie also worked as an Auxiliaire d'été at BRED's Centre d'Affaire in August 2014.

Marie Leone began their education in 2011 at Lycée Labruyère, where they pursued a Prépa ECS degree in the field of Économique voie scientifique. Marie then went on to attend the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Licence d'économie mention economie degree in the field of Économie. In 2018, they furthered their education at CNFDI, where they obtained a Conseillère en Recrutement degree in the field of Ressources Humaines.
