Achim Schreck

Achim Schreck currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at flatexDEGIRO since August 2020. Prior to this role, Achim was the Director of Group Communications at Hilding Anders International AB for nearly a year, overseeing communications for a leading global bedding and mattress company. Achim has extensive experience in communications and investor relations, having held positions such as Director of Communications at BMI Group from 2014 to 2019, and Director Group Communications / Investor Relations at Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG. Additionally, Achim was Corporate Finance Manager and later Investor Relations Manager at Praktiker. Achim's early career includes serving as Office Manager at DIRK - Deutscher Investor Relations Verband and as a lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Achim holds a CIRO certification from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, as well as a Diplom Wirtschaftsjurist degree from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
