Dave Koechley

Dave Koechley has a strong work experience in the construction industry, having held various roles in different companies. Dave started their career in 1997 as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where they worked until 2006. Dave then joined Beck Group as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined M. A. Mortenson Company as a Senior Project Manager and worked there for 10 years. Currently, they are working at Flatiron Construction as a Deputy Project Director since 2019.

Dave Koechley received their Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Cornell University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Singapore American School, attending from 1992 to 1994. In addition, they hold certifications including DBIA from the Design-Build Institute of America, which they obtained in March 2016, and LEED AP from USGBC Colorado, obtained in August 2004.
