Javier Sevilla

Javier Sevilla is President and Chief Operating Officer for Flatiron. Javier has more than 20 years of experience in construction management.

Prior to joining Flatiron in 2013, Javier was CEO of Pulice Construction. His diverse portfolio of high-profile project experience includes high-speed rail, mass transportation, bridges, highways, tunnels, and dams, as well as highly complex design-build and public-private partnership projects.

Javier has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Granada University in Spain.
