Molly Hester

Molly Hester is a Project Office Manager at Flatiron Construction since May 2023, bringing a diverse background in human resources and administrative support. Previously, Molly worked at McGuire and Hester from June 2016 to January 2023 in various roles, including Human Resources Assistant and Receptionist. Additional experience includes serving as a Behavioral Aide at On Our Own and as an Assistant Teacher at Fountainhead Montessori. Early career roles involved positions at McGuire and Hester as a Helper, The Home Depot as a Cashier, and Safeway as a Courtesy Clerk. Molly holds a degree in Liberal and Civic Studies, Teaching from Saint Mary's College of California and attended Diablo Valley College from 2008 to 2011.
