Monica Aldridge

Monica Aldridge is currently the Senior Labor & Employment Counsel at Flatiron Construction. With extensive experience in the legal field, Monica has held positions such as Associate General Counsel at CenturyLink and Corporate Counsel at Level 3 Communications. Prior to their corporate positions, Monica worked as an Attorney/Workplace Investigator at Mountain States Employers Council and Employee Relations Generalist at the University of Denver. Monica is well-versed in managing employment matters for Fortune 500 companies and conducting workplace investigations. Monica holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
