Elsie Horne

Elsie Horne is a data scientist specializing in real-world evidence at Flatiron Health since October 2023. Previously, Elsie served as a Senior Research Associate in Medical Statistics and Health Data Science at the University of Bristol from August 2021 to September 2023, focusing on survival analysis related to COVID-19 vaccination effectiveness and causal inference using electronic health records. Elsie also contributed to the NHS Digital Academy as a Teaching Assistant from April 2018 to June 2020 and gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Roche, where a scalable framework for cancer patient cohorts was developed.
