Lidia S. Bernik, MHS, MBA, currently serves as the VP & General Manager of Real World Data at Flatiron Health since June 2016, where Lidia has held multiple leadership roles focusing on data capabilities and unstructured data processing. Prior experience includes directorships at Weill Cornell Medicine, overseeing healthcare IT research programs, and at the Mount Sinai Health System, providing project management support during a significant merger. Previous roles also include project direction for the HEAL 17 initiative at NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation, and various positions at the Mental Health Association of NYC, where Lidia managed national suicide prevention initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from Baruch College, complemented by a certificate in Health Information Technology from Columbia University.
