Lockwood Taylor

Lockwood Taylor serves as the Head of Regulatory Strategy at Flatiron Health since May 2024. Concurrently, Lockwood holds a position as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University Medical Center since October 2013. Prior to these roles, Lockwood was with IQVIA from September 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included Senior Principal in Regulatory Science and Real World Study Innovation and Director of Epidemiology. Lockwood's experience also includes significant tenure at the FDA as Deputy Director of the Division of Epidemiology, CDER/OSE, and various roles as an Epidemiologist from December 2012 to August 2019. Earlier experience encompasses the role of Epidemiologist at the Pharmacovigilance Center, Office of the Surgeon General, Department of the Army from November 2009 to December 2012. Lockwood holds a PhD from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, an MPH from UNT Health Science Center, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
