Yuki Chow

Yuki Chow is a highly experienced design leader with a strong background in product design and user experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Flatiron Health since May 2019, Yuki has successfully led user research and product design initiatives for value-based care solutions, enhancing cancer care delivery. Prior positions include UX Strategy Manager and Lead UX/Product Designer at XO Group Inc., where Yuki significantly improved the planning tools for engaged couples and played a key role in the redesign of The Knot Planner App. Additional roles span consulting for startups at VPO Lab, serving as Product Manager at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, co-founding a language learning portal, and developing strategic insights at iCrossing for high-profile clients. Yuki holds a Bachelor's degree in Brain and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester.
