Marco Raffa

Marco Raffa is currently serving as the Operations Manager and Sales & Debt Originator at Flatiron Realty Capital since January 2024. Prior to this, Marco worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Maya Capital Partners, LLC from October 2021 to October 2023. Before that, Marco gained experience as a Financial Services Professional at New York Life Insurance Company from June 2017 to April 2021. Marco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & International Business from Loyola University Maryland, where Marco completed their education from 2014 to 2018. Marco also graduated from Xavier High School in 2014.
