Sean West

Sean West is an experienced cybersecurity instructor and consultant with a strong background in web application security and DevOps. Currently serving as the Lead Cybersecurity Instructor at Flatiron School since 2020, West previously held similar positions at SecureSet and General Assembly. Additionally, West operates West Consulting, providing expertise in web application security and Agile consulting since 2013. West's technical experience includes roles as a Senior Web Developer at Cyrus Innovation and a Software Engineer at NASA and Lucent, Bell Labs. West holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colorado College and has studied at Columbia University.
