The current leadership team at Flatiron School has a wealth of experience in many different industries. The CEO and co-founder, Avi Flombaum, has experience as a venture investor and in lead national account partnerships. He also has a background in real estate development. The Vice President of Admissions and Enrollments, Sarah Shaw, has experience as an executive director in pre-college sales and marketing. She also has a background in national director of strategic initiatives. The Chief Operating Officer, Adam Enbar, has experience in business process strategy and sales operations coordination. He also has a background in talent and marketing management.
