Jessica Kennedy

Jess Kennedy is a Search Consultant at Flatiron Search Partners. She has spent the past ten years in both the Talent Acquisition and Executive Support functions across a number of industries including Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Non-profit, Media, and Consumer Goods.

Most recently, Jess was an in-house Recruiter at Glossier, a D2C unicorn based in New York City. She was the first Creative & Marketing Recruiter at the company, responsible for all hiring across these teams during some of the highest growth years. Prior to her time leading Creative & Marketing recruiting for Glossier, Jess provided Executive Support to both the COO and Founder & CEO. Prior to that, Jess worked in the Executive Offices at Red Bull Media House and National Geographic Society. She started her career on the Talent Acquisition teams at both Pfizer and Citibank.

Jess earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing from Miami University. Jess has always had a passion for textiles, interiors and design, and can often be found hunting for vintage fabrics or taking trips to explore new places and cultures.
