Katie Tasci

Katie is a Director at Flatiron Search Partners. She has spent the last six years specializing in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search across a variety of industries including Pharma, Animal Health, Medical Devices, Finance, and CPG. Katie is known for her consultative approach - partnering with clients to provide strategic organizational design, market guidance, and career development in addition to Executive Search.

Prior to Executive Search, Katie spent two years teaching English in Sevilla, Spain. After moving back to the states, she cut her teeth in recruiting with a boutique domestic staffing firm where she recruited and hired estate managers, nannies, chefs, housekeepers, and personal assistants for high net worth families.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a Liberal Arts and Management (LAMP) Certificate from Indiana University, as well as a 200 hour yoga certification. Originally from Indianapolis, Katie now lives in Chicago with her husband and son. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, learning all things health and wellness, traveling, and staying active so she can eat her way through the city.
