Camilla Langhorn Haas

Camilla Langhorn Haas is a seasoned professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development and Coaching at Flatpay since September 2025. Prior roles include Head of Coaching, Head of Leadership Development, and Head of People Growth at Pleo from March 2022 to August 2025. Camilla's extensive experience at McKinsey & Company from March 2004 to March 2022 as a Communications Expert and Leadership Coach involved coaching over 400 consultants and executives. Previous positions include roles in communications and education coordination at SNT Denmark and a volunteering initiative with Ungdommens Røde Kors.
