David Giampietro

David Giampietro has a strong background in the legal field, with their most recent role being as the General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at FlatRate Moving. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel at FlatRate Moving and the Associate General Counsel at the same company. David also worked as the General Counsel at Unpakt. Before their time at FlatRate Moving and Unpakt, David worked as an Associate Counsel at ICON Capital Corp. and Belmont Partners. David started their legal career as a Legal Associate at E*TRADE Financial.

David Giampietro's education history begins in 1999 at Virginia Tech, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce. David completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.

Afterwards, David attended Delaware Law School from 2004 to 2007, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.

In terms of certifications, David obtained the New Jersey State Bar in January 2008 and the New York State Bar from the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department, also in January 2008. More recently, in January 2018, they acquired the Washington DC Bar certification from the DC Bar institution.
