Rathna Sharad

Rathna Sharad serves as the Founder and CEO of FlavorCloud Inc., which simplifies international shipping for direct-to-consumer brands and third-party logistics providers through an extensive automated cross-border network. In addition to leading FlavorCloud since January 2018, Rathna has been a mentor at All Raise since July 2020 and previously at Galvanize Inc. from January 2017 to December 2018. As CEO of Runway2Street from January 2013 to September 2017, Rathna helmed a curated marketplace that garnered attention from leading international publications. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at Microsoft, where Rathna shaped adCenter strategy, and various technical management positions at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Menlo Worldwide, and Emery Worldwide. Rathna holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Annamalai University and a marketing certificate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with participation in Y Combinator's Startup School.
