Dr. Janae Duclos is an accomplished educational leader and advocate for students with disabilities, currently serving as a Board Member for the Autism Society of Florida and the CEO and Founder of C3ForMe, which promotes equity and inclusion in special education. Dr. Duclos holds multiple roles, including Assistant in Research and Professor of Special Education at Florida State University, Educational Program Director for the Florida Department of Education, and District Transition Compliance Specialist/Adjunct Reading Professor at Florida A&M University Developmental Research School. With extensive experience in diverse educational settings, including Broward County Public Schools as a Support Facilitator and Reading Teacher, Dr. Duclos is dedicated to designing innovative activities that meet the varied needs of students. Dr. Duclos holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida A&M University, a Master’s in Education focusing on Intensive Interventions for Varying Exceptionality Students, an Autism Certificate from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's in Special Education from Broward College.
