Cynthia Schyff

Cynthia Schyff is the Chief Financial Officer at Fleet Complete. Cynthia has over 25 years of experience in finance and has held senior positions at both public and private companies.

Cynthia began their career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Cynthia then moved to the private sector, holding senior finance positions at a number of companies, including Blue Ant Media, where they were CFO from November 2013 to February 2019.

At Blue Ant Media, Cynthia led a finance team of 40 centralized and decentralized employees. Cynthia was responsible for raising equity from a combination of new and existing private equity firms and investors, and for developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors. Cynthia was also responsible for all compliance-related activities and for providing quarterly business and financial updates to the audit committee and board of directors.

Under Cynthia's leadership, Blue Ant Media grew revenue by 550% and expanded its global footprint through the completion and integration of 10 acquisitions in five years. Cynthia also led the implementation of a new cloud-based general ledger and management reporting system, which went live within 9 months and now supports 40 legal entities in 8 countries.

Cynthia Schyff is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) who received their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Queen's University. Cynthia is also certified by the CPA Canada and CA organizations.

Cynthia Schyff reports to Tony Lourakis, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Jamal Raza - EVP, Professional Services & President, FieldWorker, Frank Friesacher - CPO, and Jerry Leong - EVP, Business Development.
