Elina Kidika

Elina Kidika has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in supply chain management and logistics. Elina started their career at GE Capital as a Call Center Specialist and then moved on to NoCry Tools & Gear as a Demand & Supply Field Lead, where they were responsible for building and optimizing supply and demand processes. Elina later worked at Nordic Sugar as a Supply Planner and Logistics Coordinator before joining Henkel as a Customer Service and Demand Planning Manager. Elina also gained experience as a Senior SAP MM Consultant and Team Lead at Arvato Systems. Elina then took on roles as a Supply Chain Manager at FASHLAB and a Freelance Photographer before joining Fleet Complete as the Head of Supply Chain, Europe, where they oversee supplier partnerships, demand planning, and forecasting.

Elina Kidika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Creative Industries Management from the BA School of Business and Finance, obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, from 2007 to 2011. Elina also has a Secondary Education Degree from the Information Systems Private Secondary School, obtained from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Cameras, Exposure, and Photography from Coursera in the year 2020.
