Annamalai Ganapathy

Annamalai Ganapathy (AG) is the Director of Product Development who works with internal stakeholders and customer leadership teams. His focus is on improving Fleet Cost & Care’s product suite by optimizing workflows, upgrading the technology platform, improving the user experience, and transitioning the product towards a Cloud/SaaS model. AG has twelve years of technology development experience and over five years of product management experience in the e-commerce, healthcare, and logistics industries. AG knows that understanding market needs and reliable, data-driven software solutions are directly linked to value creation for customers.

Prior to FCC, AG worked in the healthcare space for more than six years on a Revenue Cycle Management product and helped build a reporting/analytics solution for hospitals across the U.S., like Ascension Health, HCA, and Intermountain Healthcare. At FCC, AG has worked closely with customer leadership teams in building solutions around analytics and data integration projects for several large multi-national and US-based crane companies.

In addition to his industry experience, AG is a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, Certified in Tableau Desktop/Power Query (Analytics), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

AG holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Bharathidasan University, India, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Madras University, India.
