Capt. Sathya Mandravanan

Capt. Sathya Mandravanan serves as the Director of QHSE and DPA at Fleet Management Limited since March 2007. With extensive experience in the maritime industry, Capt. Mandravanan held various roles including General Manager of the Quality & Safety Department and Deputy Head of the Safety & Quality Department. Prior to Fleet Management, Capt. Mandravanan worked as a Technical Superintendent and Port Captain at MSC Ship Management Company and contributed to the family business as a freelancer. Other significant roles include General Manager of Business Development at Seaways Shipping and a progressive career from Cadet to Master across multiple ship types with SISCO, TANKER PACIFIC, UOSM, and UNIVAN. Capt. Mandravanan's educational background includes multiple courses focused on management and leadership from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science from South Tyneside Maritime College.
