Shah Irani

Shah Irani joined FLEET as Chief Technology Officer in 2019. In his role, he leads a large team of IT and digital experts responsible for creating a technology strategy and roadmap to drive forward the adoption of IT and digital products across FLEET and the 600+ vessels under the technical management. This includes the development of FLEET’s PARIS 2.0 digital ecosystem, which is built on a new micro-service, cloud-hosted architecture incorporating the latest technology including machine-learning analytics.

Shah has 20 years’ experience. Prior to joining FLEET, he was Group IT Director for Dairy Farm, a Hong Kong-based retail company, where he led the customer-facing technology portfolio covering areas including Loyalty, E-Commerce and Point-of-Sale. He previously worked for large multinational companies in technology leadership roles.

Shah is passionate about using technology as an enabler to drive improved business performance and value, with a particular focus on the use of data and analytics.
