James Allaway

James Allaway is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and investment banking. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at FleetPartners since May 2025, James previously held the role of Executive Director at UBS from July 2022 to May 2025 and served as Chief Strategy Officer at FleetPartners from November 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at UBS as Investment Banking Associate Director in Financial Institutions M&A and at Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst in the same sector. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Engineering from the University of Sydney, completed between 2011 and 2015.
