Baron Oursler

Mr. Baron Oursler serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, with over 15 years of relevant legal experience. Prior to re-joining FleetPride in November 2021, Baron served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, the Americas, for Worldwide Flight Services, a private equity-owned company and one of the world’s largest air cargo and ground handling organizations. From 2014 to 2019, Baron served in a number of in-house counsel roles for FleetPride, including four years spent as its head of legal and corporate secretary, advising the Company on legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters and leading its government affairs activities. Prior to 2014, Baron held in-house counsel roles elsewhere following several years in private practice as a litigator with extensive experience in antitrust and complex commercial matters in Texas, New York and across the Nation.

Mr. Oursler holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Texas Tech University School of Law as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Rawls College of Business. Baron is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.
