Acs Pragyashi Atulya

Pragyashi Atulya has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Starting in 2011, they worked as a CS trainee at KNP Associates, where they gained knowledge in company law, board meetings, annual reports, and client communication. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at DWF Mindcrest as a Subject Matter Expert, leading a team, providing training, and handling compliance, research, drafting agreements, and quality assurance. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at ESTABIZZ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2022, they joined Prozone Advisors Private Ltd as a Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring compliance within the company. Currently, they are working as the Head Legal Company Secretary - Compliance Officer at Pratham Motors Private Limited, where they oversee all legal matters, compliances, corporate secretarial activities, and assists the finance team in audit processes.
