Alex Joo

Alex Joo has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Childrens National Medical Center, where they performed data analysis and observed testing and evaluation of autistic children. In 2014, they were an Art Gallery Intern at The Hangar Gallery, a Marketing Intern at Intro App, and an Intern at Fortress Innovation. In 2015, they were the Founder of Synder and an EA at EY. In 2018, they were a Marketing Coordinator at Opu Labs, Inc. and a Marketing and Communications employee at Flashstarts, Inc. Finally, in 2019 they were a Frontend Software Engineer at Fleetsmith, and in 2020 they became a Software Engineer at Apple.

Alex Joo attended The Bullis School from 2007 to 2011. Alex then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology and Economics at the University of Miami from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they completed a FullStack Web Development Bootcamp at Case Western Reserve University.
