David Druzynski

David Druzynski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in people and culture management, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Fleetworthy since February 2023. Druzynski's previous role included serving as a Growth Fellow at Susquehanna Growth Equity, where advisory support was provided to executives across various portfolio companies. Notably, Druzynski held senior leadership positions at Bestpass as Senior Vice President of People & Culture and Vice President of People & Culture, and contributed to organizational culture and employee experience at DealerSocket. Additionally, Druzynski has been actively involved with Make-A-Wish Northeast New York as Chairman of the Board and Board Secretary. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Information Systems from SUNY Geneseo, completed in May 2000.
